Placing your order

Fulfilment date: Once you have finalised your order, please proceed to the cart page and select a date for delivery or pickup.

Cut-off time: Order by 3pm for next business day delivery or pickup.

Coverage: We currently deliver to Sydney CBD only but are aiming to expand our coverage soon to other parts of Sydney. Pickup is available from any of our five CBD shop locations.

Rescheduling: We can accommodate rescheduling of orders if you contact us by no later than 4pm the day before the event date.

Cancellations: We can accommodate cancellation of orders if you contact us by no later than 4pm the day before the event date. We are able to offer a store credit for the full amount of your order, which is valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
